"NZSO bringing Bach with harp to six centres in March 2020 including Lower Hutt, Carterton, Palmerston North, Kapiti, Hamilton, Tauranga! Goldberg Variations, BWV 988, Arr. for Septet by Heribert Breuer This wonderful arrangement is for strings, bassoon, clarinet, flute, and harp. There are several movements which feature lots of harp, including two which are entirely solo. This is a rare opportunity to hear such an exciting ensemble version of the incredible Goldberg Variations. Practicing Bach for the last several weeks has been giving me so much joy. There's a reason why his music never grows old, even after many centuries!
