Prior to, and after the AGM will be a talk about World Harp Congress Sydney and musical presentations by Danella Smithies and Sasha Henderson. The AGM itself will be at 3:00 p.m.; the full set of talks and presentation will be from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
