This Christmas, treat yourself to a musical feast with two of the most beautiful choral works ever written: the Oratorio de Noël by Camille Saint-Saëns and the Ceremony of Carols by Benjamin Britten, directed by Thomas Nikora and Sam Berkahn. You’ll hear the angelic voices of five vocal soloists and a mixed choir, accompanied by a string orchestra, an organ and featuring Michelle Velvin playing harp. You’ll be moved by the grace, charm, and emotion of the music, which ranges from delicate melodies to majestic fugues. The concert takes place at St Peter's on Willis, one of the most beautiful and historic churches in the city. You can choose between two performances - 2.00pm or 8.00pm.
